Updated version of the FLR(IED) application form is now available

2006-11-16

An updated version of the FLR(IED) application form is now available on the Working in the UK website. This version of the form (Version 11/2006) is only valid for applications submitted on or after 8 November 2006.

Please note that if you complete the incorrect version of the form, your application will not be valid and your application will be returned to you so that the correct version of the form can be submitted.

The FLR (IED) application form and guidance notes have been amended to remove the sections relating to the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP). The FLR (IED) is now only valid for further leave to remain applications from work permit holders, TWES, SBS and SAWS participants.

Individuals seeking further leave to remain under the HSMP should complete the new FLR (HSMP) application form. This form can be found on the ?All Forms? section of the Working in the UK website and should be used for all applications for further leave to remain in the UK under the HSMP submitted on or after 8 November 2006.

You can also download the FLR (IED) form, complete with the accompanying guidance notes, by visiting the 'All Forms' section of the Working in the UK website.
